As Managing Director and joint co-founder of Experimentus, Martin has over 25 years' industry experience and a proven ability to foster major client relationships. Active in the IT and testing community, Martin is currently on the committee of the BCS SIGiST (British Computer Society, Specialist Group in Software Testing). 

As non-executive Director and joint co-founder of Experimentus, Carl is responsible for Experimentus' financial management, providing direction and recommendations to the Board. He is involved in developing and executing the business strategy, reviewing merger and acquisition opportunities, as well as playing an important part in fund raising activities.

As Consultancy Director, Geoff's key responsibilities include managing and supporting his team of consultants, assuring the quality of projects and providing Technical Account Management to clients. He actively works with external organisations for example the BCS, UKTB TMMi Foundation and ISTQB and regularly speaks at conferences worldwide. Geoff was awarded the coveted EuroSTAR European Testing Excellence award in 2008 in recognition of his leadership and contribution in the field of software testing.

Julian is responsible for directing the firm's overall marketing and sales strategy and corporate communications for prospective and existing customers. He's also responsible for establishing key partnerships and provides consulting expertise on business and IT alignment projects.
