Sponsorship is another way Experimentus invests in and enhances the environment we work in.

Reflecting our organisation's fundamental values, we support activities, events and institutions committed to excellence, understanding, thought leadership, innovation and which display a pioneering spirit.

From conferences, awards, reports and exhibitions to cause-related and cultural initiatives, we are involved in events that matter to the business community, our clients and the world at large.

• ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualification Board)
  One of our Directors initiated the ISTQB initiative. He is now the UK representative on the board and one of the authors of the new ISTQB Software Testing Foundation and Advanced syllabus.
  
• TMMi Foundation
  One of our Principal Consultants is a founder member and Chairman of the Board, which was established to develop a single worldwide Test Process improvement assessment method.
  
• SIGiST (BCS Specialist Interest Group in Software Testing)
  Two of our Directors help organise the quarterly testing conferences and sit on the SIGiST committee.
  
• UKTB (UK Testing Board)
  One of our Directors established and is currently the Chairman of the Board, which is responsible for growing the testing industry within the UK as well as representing the UK within the ISTQB.
  
• EuroSTAR 2006 and 2007
  One of our Directors sat on the organising committee for EuroSTAR in Manchester and Sweden, selecting presentations and organising the events.

We've also sponsored the following events:

• January 2008: Experimentus sponsors the Test Management
  Summit in London.
  Aimed at senior testing practitioners and managers, the event focused on current and future trends and serious issues involved in test management.
  
  June 2007: Experimentus sponsors 1e in the
  Microsoft Challenge.
  A gruelling three-day event held in South Yorkshire around the Peak District, Experimentus supported the 1E team in their quest to raise over £5,000 for the NCPCC.
