Organisational Process Performance (OPP)

The purpose of CMMI Organisational Process Performance is to establish and maintain a quantitative understanding of the performance of the organisation’s set of standard processes in support of quality and process performance objectives, and to set the process performance baselines and models to quantitatively manage the organisation’s projects.

This CMMI process area provides support for implementation of the TMMi Process Area Quality Control, particularly of Specific Goal 1 – Establish a Statistically Controlled Test Process

Quantitative Project Management (QPM)

The purpose of CMMI Quantitative Project Management is to quantitatively manage the project’s defined process to achieve the established quality and process-performance objectives.

This CMMI process area provides support for the implementation of the TMMi Process Area Product Quality Evaluation, both for Specific Goal 1 – Measurable Project Goals for Product Quality and their Priorities are Established, and Specific Goal 2 – Actual Progress Toward Achieving Product Quality Goals is Quantified and Managed.
