When conducting assessments we generally ask questions at the Sub-practice level, consolidate the answers and report back initially at the Specific and Generic Practice level. We also have the option of reporting back at the Sub-Practice level if needed to illustrate where there are major gaps in a Process Area.
Further consolidation of the scores is carried out and an achievement rating allocated to Specific and Generic goals.
All Specific and Generic Goals must be achieved either Fully or Largely in order to attain achievement at the relevant Process Area and Maturity Level
